These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between pk971 ("we", "us", or "Platform") and every individual who uses this website ("User", "you"). By using the pk971 website, app, or any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds from third-party accounts are not accepted. Depositing money from irregular sources is prohibited, and in such cases pk971 reserves the right to close the account.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests will be sent only to the payment method used at the time of deposit. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirements related to that bonus have been met.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Users of this service may deposit and withdraw through their Rocket account.

New members registered at pk971 are eligible to receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is ৳5,000.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used in designated games and betting categories.
• A user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If multiple accounts are opened with the intent of claiming bonus benefits, all such accounts will be cancelled.

The pk971 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

Users may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular activity and loyalty to the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to the account every week.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pk971. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of the balance:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Manipulation or fraudulent betting patterns intended to gain bonus benefits.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Attempting to influence the platform through software bots, automation tools, or any other technical means.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting game errors or technical issues.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe a user is involved in such activities, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the relevant account during the investigation.

The following rules apply to all bets placed at pk971:

7.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• A bet becomes valid once it has been successfully confirmed in the system.
• pk971 is not responsible if a bet is not confirmed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk971 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

7.2 Sports Betting

All outcomes related to sports betting markets will be determined in accordance with the international rules of the respective sport. Bets can be placed on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and various other sports. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

7.3 Live Casino & Slots

For live casino games, the game provider's rules are considered final. If a game session is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, pk971 will arrange an appropriate resolution.

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your login password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
